Inline lunge with bar 4x6 reps
Pull-up with bodyweight to 20 lbs. added 4x6 reps
RDL with bar 4x6 reps
Push-up with Monster band resistance 4x10 reps
Single leg heel raise with weight in same side 4x10 reps
Push-Jerk 4x6 reps
Plyo/agility:
ankle flips
skips forward
skips side to side
Single leg star hops
Warm flow Yoga 75 minutes
8.5 mile mountain bike ride
